WHAT IS THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN BREATHABLE AND NON-BREATHABLE RAINWEAR?
Rainwear which is waterproof and allows the built up internal vapors to escape will keep you warm and dry. High frequency welded seams are the ultimate for keeping rain out but traditionally, these have only applied to PVC rainwear which is generally not breathable. PVC rainwear is strong and rugged, but it is normally heavy, rather rigid and known to sweat.

Seal-Flex rainwear is made of a complex construction of a Polyurethane Membrane (PU) and a Polyamide Lining (liner) which is fused together. The PU is very strong but it is lightweight, and it can be high frequency welded to completely keep any water from passing through any seam. The liner fabric is a hollow fiber which wicks moisture away from the perspiring body. The liner fabric dries very quickly as air passes by it thus the liner of the PU coat acts like a ventilator system as warm moist air passes through the hood hole in the parkas and through the pockets in the over trousers.
Seal-Flex rainwear has a breathing factor or ventilator factor which when combined with the lightweight mature of the garments, makes them the first choice for comfort, ease of movement and staying dry when its wet: No sweat!
